Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT II Admit Card 2024
- Age Limit
- Flying Branch – the applicant must be between the age group of 20 to 24 years as of July 1, 2024.
- Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) – the applicant should be in the range between 20 to 26 years as of July 1, 2024.
- Educational Qualifications
- Flying Branch – Candidates must have secured minimum 50% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at senior secondary level and must have passed a graduation degree or a BE/B.Tech degree with a not less than of 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Ground Duty (Technical) – For Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics), candidates must have not less than 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics at senior secondary level and have passed a graduation/post-graduation degree in Engineering and Technology.
- Ground Duty (Non-Technical) – For Administration and Logistics, candidates must pass a graduation degree with not less than 60% marks. For Accounts, they must pass a graduation degree in commerce with not less than 60% marks.
AFCAT 2 Exam Pattern 2024
The test is divided into four different subjects:
- Verbal Ability in English
- General Awareness
- Military Aptitude Test
- Numerical Ability and Reasoning
The exam time limit will be two hours and contains 100 questions, each carrying three marks. There will be a mark dedication of one mark for every wrong answer.
