The candidate has to go to various stages for the post of TTE which are as follows: –
- The computer based test consists of 200 multiple choice questions.
- Those applicants who cracked the CBT exam will go for the Physical Fitness test in which the candidate has to match the physical and vision standards on the basis of the category in which they belong.
- The candidates who pass the 2nd round will now go for verification of their original documents. The documents that the candidate needs to carry is caste certificate (if there), Any ID Proof, educational certificates, Domicile certificate if possible.

Indian Railway TTE Salary 2024
The salary for a railway Travelling TE 2024 is structured under the 7th Pay Commission pay matrix and includes various allowances. The basic pay for a TTE ranges from INR 21,700 to INR 69,100 p.m which is dependent upon the level and years of the service.
